Rich & Sallie Plass live in southern Indiana and have six children. Rich is ordained in the Reformed Church in America, has served as a church planter and senior pastor for twenty-five years and has an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell and Ph.D. in pastoral counseling from Southern Seminary. He is founder of Family Life Ministries and co-founder of CrossPoint. Rich is a certified Enneagram instructor and maintains a clinical pastoral counseling practice in southern Indiana. Rich enjoys art, antiques and country auctions. Sallie, a pastor’s daughter, is an educator with a Masters in Education and currently teaches second grade. Sallie loves being a mom, relaxing at the ocean and her many friends. Rich and Sallie enjoy nurturing those who lead God’s people.
Jim & Joy Cofield are in their 30th year of marriage. Their two children are in their early 20s. Jim’s experience includes under-graduate and graduate teaching (Tennessee Temple University & Dallas Theological Seminary), church planting, senior pastor, spiritual director and business. Jim is a co-founder of CrossPoint Ministries and serves as spiritual director, teacher, certified Enneagram instructor, and writer. He enjoys riding his Harley, photography, golf and skiing. Joy has a Masters in Music and teaches at the Arts Institute of Indiana University Southeast. She also serves as a spiritual director and certified Enneagram instructor. She loves to garden, bike and read. Joy serves CrossPoint Ministries as the worship and small group leader. Their life experience, through good and tough times, enables them to help others in unique ways.
