After ten years into church planting it was time for a three-month sabbatical. The last several years of life have been very trying for my family and I. This group was life-changing. I learned so much about sexual addiction and the powerful shame cycle that keeps people trapped and feeling like there's no way out. The class was a safe space to share my experience and hurts with other women who understood what I was going through under the care of knowledgeable leaders who could guide us through the healing process. There are not many church leaders who are properly trained to coach couples through betrayal; it was invaluable for me to journey through this process under the care of equipped leaders.
