Sarah lives in Baltimore and has been married to her husband Tim for 21 years. They have four amazing children through birth and adoption. She has served alongside her husband in church planting, church revitalization, and international missions and has experience in adoption, trauma, mental illness, brain-based disability, church hurt, ministry leadership, and cross-cultural ministry. She is endlessly fascinated by how God designed us for connecting in relationships with him and with other people and is passionate about helping people develop healthy attachments with God and with the important people in their lives.
Sarah has a bachelor’s degree from Houston Christian University in Biology and Christianity and has completed Crosspoint’s Soul Care Institute and Enneagram Intensive. In addition to this, Sarah has served as a facilitator with The Stoplight Approach, which focuses on strengthening relationships by integrating principles from brain science and the Bible. She desires to bring relational neuroscience, attachment, our relational nature as image bearers of a relational God, and the story of God as revealed in the Bible to bear in the soul care that she provides.
