Help carry our voice with warmth, clarity, and care.

Communications & Marketing Coordinator

CrossPoint advocates for the relational health and spiritual vitality of pastors and Christian leaders. Through soul care and crisis care, we walk with leaders and their churches across the emotional, relational, sexual, and spiritual dimensions of their lives — quiet, confidential work in service of trustworthy leaders and trustworthy churches.

We're looking for a thoughtful communicator to carry that voice across email, social media, and the web — running our day-to-day marketing and coordinating the outside creatives who bring our larger projects to life.

Because the work is pastoral and often confidential, this role regularly touches sensitive ministry, donor, and crisis- related matters. It asks for discretion, sound judgment, and genuine alignment with our mission and beliefs. You'll handle confidential member, donor, and pastoral matters with care. This role speaks for CrossPoint, not merely about it.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, write, and build email newsletters and campaigns in Mailchimp / PCO, and manage list health and reporting

  • Create and schedule social posts, and tend day-to-day engagement, comments, and messages

  • Keep website content current and manage the marketing inbox

  • Keep website and blog content search-optimized — titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal links — and watch SearchConsole for site health

  • Serve as day-to-day liaison for our design, web, branding, and video partners

  • Coordinate photographers, videographers, and the freelance podcast / video editors

  • Join weekly staff meetings and meet bi-weekly with the Director of Operations & Programming to align on priorities

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years in marketing or communications, ideally nonprofit or faith-based organization

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)

  • Strong, warm writing and content-creation skills

  • Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, PCO) and social media management

  • Basic web content management and comfort coordinating outside vendors

  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO and comfort with tools like Yoast or Google Search Console

  • Discretion with sensitive information and a heart aligned with our mission and beliefs
