This cohort is a space for women to come together in a safe, grace-filled environment to explore the deep and sacred connection between our physical bodies and our spiritual lives.

The Soul Care Institute provides Christian lay leaders, pastors, counselors, and spiritual directors the opportunity to explore and develop more fully the basic categories for providing soul care from a distinctively Christian worldview.

Deeper Journey is a two-year, eight-retreat experience that provides a comprehensive spiritual formation experience in light of the unique challenges of life and vocational ministry in the 21st century.
